Poddar Group has been in multiple businesses since 1970. Textiles, Chemicals, Export and now Real Estate. Poddar Group began its operations in real estate sector in late 1990s with land acquisitions.

There were several nominal partnerships and joint ventures with developers in several projects before becoming a full-fledged sole real estate developer.
