In 2005, Poddar Realty Group (PRG) entered as full-fledged real estate developer with a project named Orchid Greens built in Shahibaug area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat and till date there has been no stoppage. Numerous projects were completed which have all been a success and some of them even talk of the town. Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Retail, High rise-Low rise, 1bhk, 2bhk, 3bhk, 4bhk., you name it they deliver it with utmost quality and customer satisfaction.
Investors as well as End users, have been benefited from the projects where so ever built. USP of the group has been its understanding of market demand, planning, quality, commitment and trust which it has built from time to time from customer satisfaction and market acceptance.
Till date PRG has built approx. 30 lakh sq.ft. of spaces which includes every segment of real estate. Also PRG has been into SEZ business and provided land to MNCs like Honda and Maruti Suzuki for starting their manufacturing plant in Gujarat.
PRG’s team of Architects, Structural Engineers, MEPF consultants, Civil Engineers and in house staff have always been up-to the mark and have delivered projects before time with utmost satisfactory level.

A commerce graduate from Gujarat University and a gold medallist in Accounting, is the “kartadharta” of the company. He oversees overall real estate development activities and plays a key role in the planning & implementation stages of all aspects of our projects. In addition to that, he also oversees the land acquisition, liasioning and corporate leasing affairs.

An MBA from University of Wales (UK), handles material procurement, marketing, sales and most of the onsite - offsite construction activites of the projects. Being procurement head of the group, He ensures that the construction materials We use meet the highest quality standards. As an instrumental part of the company's success, he has helped to maintain and develop strong bonds across the board with the in-house team, material suppliers, channel partners and customers. He has positively taken forward the principles and ethical standards carved by our founder to a brighter future ahead.
