RERA
Government of India has enacted the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 and all the sections of the Act shall come into force with effect from May 1, 2017. Under this Act, Government of Gujarat established Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (GUJRERA), for regulation and promotion of real estate sector in the State of Gujarat.
The Authority strives to facilitate the growth and promotion of a healthy, transparent, efficient and competitive real estate sector while protecting the interest of allottees, promoters and real estate agents. With such regulations Gujarat will become one of the premier destination for real estate investment regionally, nationally and globally, where the interest of the consumers and developers in the real estate sector are secure through effective and fair regulation.
PRG has always practised legally sound and dispute free business environment. Whether it may be past, present or future., PRG does not back down on any legality issues as and when laid out by any concerned civic authorities, from time to time. PRG firmly believes that certain rules and regulations are necessary, nowadays, in order to curb wrongful practises prevailing in the real estate sector. With the thoughtful move of bringing in RERA, prominent developers get the advantage of being more transparent and legally bound to deliver peaceful and on time projects free from any disputes or allegations. At PRG, We too follow the same path from the beginning till it will go by.
